Digital Operation Manager - Front-end

Gentis is a Belgian recruitment company headquartered in Brussels and providing permanent staffing as well as project sourcing solutions worldwide in multiple sectors.

The Enterprise division of my client is designing and developing multiple visualization and collaboration solutions that are shaping the control rooms, meeting rooms and class rooms of the future.

They are currently operated a Digital transformation.
To operate this digital transformation, new end-to-end customer-centric processes, new digital platforms and new operational activities will be required.

The Cloud Services and Digital Operations is looking for a "Digital Operation Manager"
Major responsibilities

In the digital business context where new products are offered under subscription-based business model, the company is setting up a cloud services platform aimed at enabling the end-to-end operations of those new offerings from prospect to service.

- Project manage the definition and implementation of all customer/channel -facing business processes (Lead to quote, post-sale Service...), taking into account the end-to-end customer journey and enhanced digital customer experience Enterprise wants to promote.

- Beyond first implementations
Act as SPOC towards all Enterprise stakeholders and adviser in new use cases involving the digital front-end processes and platforms.
As Application Owner of the digital platform deployed, cooperate with other teams of the Cloud services team to ensure further evolution and full integration of the platform into the broader digital transformation landscape.
Requirements, Experience and Qualifications

- Minimum of 5-7 years relevant business experience
- Successful track record in business processes design, project management involving cross-functional teams coordination
- Proven experience in digital front-end processes and platform selection/implementation/operations (in B2B and/or B2C contexts)
- Able to capture big picture and be pragmatic in implementation
- Outstanding problem solving and implementation skills
- Team player with strong drive for result
- Exposure to multi-cultural environments is a plus
- Can work with people at different levels in the organization
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
