Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract handling Support contract handling (guidance, control, registration, follow up).
  • Give guidance to internal partners to ensure the company policy rules are followed and the available templates and framework are used.
  • Alerting stakeholders on invalid orders, contract activation, providing status reports.
  • Collaboration and partnership Working closely with the Regional Operations Center Credit and collection Support the credit collection department in resolving invoices disputes, the credit and re-billing of invoices, document crediting.
  • Audit Support internal and external audit. Document local compliance dashboard on a communication.
  • Billing Support on billing instructions received from the customer, assign VAT code.
  • Process changes and updates Support with the implementation of new processes and tools and make sure communication on new changes is sent and understood.

Your profile:

  • First professional experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent knowledge English (spoken and written) + fluent Dutch or French.
  • Strong organizational skills,Project management skills and Fluent knowledge in excel
