Job Description

Function

As Business Development Manager, you will sell our client's relationship marketing and marketing automation solutions to the marketing director of large corporate accounts, mainly in the retail, financial services, automotive, travel & leisure and FMGC sectors.

 Job requirements

Strategic listening:Our offering takes in account the specific business needs of our customers
You indentify and analyse these needs in order to issue specifics strategic recommendations on how to leverage business opportunities on customer lifecycle and how to deploy our product and services within their global, marketing and IT organisation
 Full service approach:
In order for the customers to extract the most out from our clients' products, you accompany their adoption with technical project and marketing services skills.
Teamwork between the business development, account/project management and technical teams is critical in achieving this goal
 

Long-term relationships:
You create the good fortune of maintaining long-term relationships with a large majority of our customers and you will strive to continue to deserve that trust
  Experience and education

A proven ability to sell full service technology solutions at C-level of large corporate accounts, supported by  5-10 years of track record of success
An active business network of decision-makers in marketing departments, in some of your priority market sectors in Belgium
You have an ability to influence key stakeholders within large corporations, during their decision process, which typically spans 3 to 9 months
You need to be comfortable with technology related to interactive 1to1 marketing: CRM, database-driven campaigns, e-marketing, business intelligence
