YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

This position is responsible for establishing validation standards, developing testing protocols, preparing equipment, documenting test results and maintaining records for later analysis. This position will need to coordinate with other personnel or departments who will be affected by testing. The key responsibilities are:

Write validation protocols and reports for processes and equipment (in-house or at supplier).
Write and manage validation master plans related to any specific project.
Standardize validation across two manufacturing plants located in Turnhout.
Lead meeting with other departments to ensure the on-time execution of the validation master plan.
Look for possible improvements in documents and processes.
Lead review meeting with Plant Management Team on validation master plan and improvements.
Practice and promotes safe work habits.
Authority:

Approve the release of new equipment and/or processes
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
Minimum 3 years of similar work experience
Should have up to date knowledge on the validation requirements and validation best practices
Must be able to interact well with peers, subordinates, and senior personnel in multidisciplinary teams involving scientific, engineering, and operational disciplines.
Understands statistics and how they pertain to validation
Strong positive attitude and a demonstrated ability to accomplish complicated projects with confidence and in-time
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
