Manager of Temperature Control Logistics is a global role, through the OWNIt culture, is accountable for promoting, deploying, and supporting the implementation of a One-Pfizer approach for temperature control logistics across the network by supporting the strategies, continuous improvement, and insuring compliance to all regulatory and Pfizer standards. This role also works with internal and external sites and suppliers insuring that the logistics events combined with the protective systems, packaging, equipment, services, provide the approved temperature protection maintaining the highest level of product quality. This role also insures that the content of the capability center and training programs are developed and implemented so that all functions impacting the delivery and handling of temperature sensitive products are fully trained.
Maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction, establishing positive colleague relationships which fosters collaboration and cooperativeness, working across a global network able to simultaneously multi-task across multiple capabilities and disciplines balancing competing priorities and requirements, including performing time sensitive investigations supporting the timely availability of product to site or market.
Daily interaction with both internal and external contacts across a complex matrix organization of many disciplines. Regular contacts with suppliers and vendors critical to the success for assuring timely, compliant, and cost effective delivery of Pfizer's products and services. Provide and conduct regular WebEx training sessions on the monitoring and reporting tools supporting temperature control logistics processes promoting a One-Pfizer approach.
Insures that the temperature control logistics service and solutions implemented are consistent with the solution budgeted for the site and lane.

What you offer:
A University Degree in supply chain or other related fields.
5+ years of experience preferably in Temperature Control Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry or with a function servicing the pharma industry.
A solid understanding of GMP requirements as it relates to transporting and protecting temperature sensitive products with in the supply chain.
Strong analytical, investigative, communication, presentation, and writing skills and the ability to work on and across teams.
Ability to gather analysis and interprets, relate and compare information from multiple sources and identify cause and effect relationships supporting CAPA investigations.
Excellent knowledge, written and spoken of English.

Working with the sites and logistics providers, interacts with by building and maintaining strong relationships both inside and outside the organization, assures that temperature sensitive products are shipped and handled in a compliant and efficient matter according to all regulations and Pfizer quality standards.
Is the subject matter expert supporting regulatory filings, reefer trailer qualification, passive and active packaging qualification, developing and conducting test protocols and route qualification, and developing and implementing lane logistics SOP's.
Promotes the zero defects mind set for implementing continuous improvement processes with key stakeholders and the logistics providers.
Assist or lead projects designed improve or implement new packaging and solutions balancing Quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
Deploy and provide training and monitoring for the systems utilized to drive and measure performance across the network.
Supports investigations, inspections, audits, and regulatory filings for temperature control incidents, products, and processes.
