Job Description


Mission/purpose :

  • Provides strategy, leadership, oversight and support for all Human Resource Systems, processes, data and services
  • Acts as HR business owner for transformational change , in life management and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes including testing, change management and communication
  • Manages the business relationship with HR system vendors, external partners and Mobistar internal stakeholders
  • Manages the relationship with internal customers (HR experts, employees, management) to ensure optimal user and customer experience on HR systems and related processes

Key responsibility areas :

  • Defines and manages the HR service delivery strategy, in line with company and HR strategy
  • Analyses company and business needs and works with vendors, integrators and internal stakeholders to configure HR system
  • Provides direction to HR management in the selection, implementation, use and support of HR systems
  • Builds strong working relationships with HR leadership (local and Group) to ensure global needs and requirements are being incorporated into long-term plans as well as into day-to-day services
  • Recommends, implements and plans for improvements, enhancements and new applications to HR system and service delivery
  • Works closely with HR system vendors on future features
  • Acts as HR business owner for all HR system related programs, projects and processes (in transformational change and in continuous improvement )
  • Takes responsibility for the planning and the HR system roadmap of projects and process implementation
  • Drives testing and acceptance for HR system projects and processes
  • Is accountable for HR process management and documentation , as well as roll-out of processes
  • Provides daily HR system management on HR system security, solutions, reports, analyses, administration
  • Responsible for the daily operations of the functional systems, ensuring transactional master data is entered timely, accurately and efficiently.
  • Evaluates continuously HR system and related processes through monitoring, optimization, efficiency, cost savings opportunities
  • Oversees HR master data and HR functional systems
  • Owns HR data integrity through regular audits, troubleshooting, correction of discrepancies , and ensure compliance
  • Acts as the preferred contact person for all HR systems partners and IT
  • Is accountable for optimal user and customer experience related to HR system
  • Interacts with business partners, employees and management
  • Takes in charge HR system related communication and change management for all internal customers
  • Works closely with Mobistar and Orange Group HR centers of expertise (Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Team member care, Recruitment, Learning and development, HR managers) and IT to ensure that the needs, requirements are addressed ,expectations managed and consequent actions are delivered
  • Provides guidance and training to team members, management , HR experts and external partners

Role
