We are looking for a Consumer Experience Manager

MISSION OF THE ROLE
Optimize health care professional digital interactions to foster Nutricia as Company of first choice (COFC). Based on a agreed content & engagement strategy and derived action plan, monitor, act and report on the delivery of that plan against the KPI's.

Digital has been identified as a key enabler for our Danone 2020 roadmap. Benelux is quite advanced in terms of digital initiatives like online content and engagement to our target group. To build the recognition as company of first choice and our challenge is to stay ahead in this development to engage with HCP in BLX.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Takes care of development, execution and maintenance of CRM activities for Nutricia Medical
• Advises, challenges and supports brands when optimizing CRM
• Monitors, measure and reports on CRM statistics together with BM
• Maintenance of existing content on platform, monitoring 'gaps' in current content database
• Initiates and improve HCN customer journey and drive conversions to foster Nutricia as COFC
• Support brand teams in content creation within Site-core environment
• Maintains and is responsible of own Nutricia database, usable to conduct CRM activities

EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES NEEDED / FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES NEEDED & TECHNICAL SKILLS
• You obtained a Bachelor and/or Master degree preferably in Communication and/or Marketing
• A first experience (1 to 3 years ) in digital/creative/communication agency is a plus
• You have experience with web analytic tools (analytic, CMS, SEA/SEO, ...)
• You are passionate about digital and interactive communication
• Experience with ELN category is a plus

Qualification

Bachelor and/or Master degree preferably in Communication and/or Marketing.
