Hiring a CRM Manager

Our customer is a major European company, sector leader in it's specific industry.
The BeNL organisation of our customer is looking for a dynamic person with a high level of drive and leadership in order to give substance to this new position.

Context and responsibilities:
The aim of the CRM is to actively support a customer oriented entrepreneurial company.
The CRM Manager will work closely with the Belgian branch of the company and will report to the Sales Support Manager in The Netherlands. The objective is to introduce best practices in new projects.
The main responsibilities will be:
Support the organisation in the optimalisation of customers relationships (collection, analysis, )
Take the drive for all CRM related Projects
Manage the CRM activities and team (BE + NL)
Cross-departemental collaboration and information exchange between sales, marketing, service, finance in order to generate a comprehensive customer intelligence that will:
o Foster the preparation, planning of the commercial policy and strategy
o Support the sales team activities
o Create relevant reports and analysis of data.
Enrich customer data in IT systems in order to develop the revenue per customer and drive a proactive customer approach
Become the primary interface between IT and a client oriented organisation
Exchange best practices with other countries of the group.
Bachelor (minimum) in IT or Commercial Engineering
A strong personality with drive and impact
Several years of relevant CRM experience (business and technical exposure)
Analytical mindset and affinity with a sales and service oriented company
Exposure to salesforce, Qlikview or SAP will be an asset
Strong communication skills in ENG, FR and NL.
