JOB PROFILE

The Account Manager will be the first line customer sales. She or he will support the sales team with the objective of maximizing revenues.

QUALITIES AND SKILLS

You enjoy customer contact

Customer satisfaction is at the center of your priorities

You are hardworking, result-oriented and proactive

You enjoy customer contact

Fluent in Dutch or French and notion of English

No specific degree required

Experience in sales is an advantage

Experience in energy or telecom is a plus 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Make/answer sales calls to new and existing clients

Build and mantain relationships with customers

Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials

Negotiate with clients

Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships

Follow up on sales activity

Perform quality checks on product and service delivery

Participate in sales events
