To meet the assigned quarterly and annual sales target.
Manage an existing team of sales people and expand this team in line with plan.
Build and expand the customer base, identify dealers and agents in the Sales Area and build a distributors network.
Identify manufacturing partners in the Sales Area, for localized production
To gain an in-depth understanding of the product, the technology, its possible applications across various sectors – to be able to grasp the prospective clients’ challenges and assist them with their trials of our products leading to commercial deployment.
To provide feedback to management to enable fine tuning of product strategy in line with market sentiment.
Be tuned to market to provide leads on opportunities as they occur.
Demonstrate business acumen to highlight/sell benefits of product for the customer, his product, his process, his business model.
Manage/ Lead company’s relationship with production partners, B2B product manufacturers, and property consumers, with focus on closing sales.
Participate in Marketing and Promotion activities within the Sales Area and EMEA.
Use CRM to document sales pipeline and feed OCSiAl Group information process.
Maintain Sales Area customer database in CRM.
Provide data for quarterly and annual Forecasting Reviews (CRM).
Provide data and insights for quarterly and Annual Sales & Marketing Plan Review (CRM).
Participate / animate regular (weekly/bi-monthly) Sales Review sessions, face – to – face.
Synchronize Sales Activities with Product Development Department.
Participate and contribute to internal Business Reviews.
Luxembourg based. Willingness to relocate.
At least ten years’ demonstrable track record of successful new business sales experience including international sales and sales management experience in an international environment.
Excellent communication skills, charisma, ability to engage with customers at all levels – senior persons at multinational organizations, R&D specialists, small firms.
Ability to understand material science, basic chemistry, materials engineering.
Experience in sales to automotive, aerospace, tire, consumer products or chemical companies.
Experience in one or more of the following segments – conductive additives (incl. Carbon Black), polymers and resin additives, resins, elastomers, thermoplastics, composites, coatings.
Languages – fluent English is mandatory - French, German, Spanish, Italian are an advantage.
High energy, willingness to travel extensively, mostly in Europe.
