Job Description

YOUR JOB

Your primary function will be to support the complete implementation of key accounts (from supporting the technical evaluation presales until the support hand-over to Customer Care). You will also be expected to carry out duties in an “Value Added Services” environment like Business Analysis, Workshops (webinars, on-site, …), UAT testing of new products or development, internal trainings. A key account can be a merchant or a partner. You will report directly to the Business Support Technical Consultants Team Leader. You will be based full time in the Dutch office but will be required to travel to meetings where required.

After an intensive training period, you will be an expert in Ingenico Payment Services products and services, allowing you to be responsible to:

Technically and operationally support all Business internal and external Partners during the implementation phase of key accounts.
Support the sales teams in a pre-sales capacity during the negotiation phases.
Act as a key expert for internal and external needs analysis and to provide solutions to your colleagues, our customers and partners
Provide training to clients on platform features and Ingenico Payment Services products
Participate in the functional evolution of the platform
Provide technical and operational support for key account merchants post implementation or where required
YOUR QUALITIES

A higher education qualification preferably in an information technology or similar discipline
At least 3 years of relevant experience; ideally in the payment industry or in a technical environment with high professional standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English and another European language. Other European languages (French, German, Spanish,...) are an asset
Able to confidently present solutions to a group of people via PowerPoint or similar medium
Very good relational and communication skills
Good analytical/intellectual problem solving skills, ability to quickly understand and learn complex matters
Flexible, easily adaptable
Well focused attention to detail
Proactive, someone who takes charge
Curious, fast learner
Hard working, diligent, reliable, sense of responsibility, commitment to results
A smart, confident individual with a professional manner is essential to this position
