Job Description

As Forecast and Demand Analyst you:

Maintain, monitor and report a set of metrics (forecast accuracy, etc.) to upper management.
Ensure the most accurate demand information is available for the Huntsman organization.
Generate and review reports of sales forecast to ensure understanding and communication of the business evolution to appropriate stakeholders.
Develop new (ad hoc) reports on the Business Intelligence database.
Perform monthly analyses on the demand, checking for trends and anomalies, both for the SMU’s and the streams as an input for the monthly S&OP cycle so that the relevant stakeholders can make decisions, and communicate accordingly.
Execute the allocation process operationally for the PU business in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Indian subcontinent in order to control sales in times of allocation.


Requirements

Master Degree or equivalent by experience.
Minimum 2 years of relevant Business/Forecast Analyst or Supply Chain experience.
Strong analytical skills; the ability to analyse and present numbers is fundamental.
Experience in using systems as SAP R/3, OBI and specialised Demand planning packages is considered a strong asset, having strong skills in working with MS Office, mainly Excel-Access, is a must for this role.
Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English. Knowledge of any other European languages is an asset.
